Phylogenetic diversity

The data described here are from Greg Baute's PhD thesis, which describes the phylogenetic relationships of wild and cultivated Helianthus accessions, as well as the potential for improvement of modern sunflower. The full thesis may be obtained from this stable link.

Wild Helianthus relationships and population structure

The following is a list of SNP data used in chapter 3, "A genomic survey of wild Helianthus germplasm clarifies phylogenetic relationships and identifies population structure and interspecific gene flow" of Greg Baute's PhD thesis. These SNP tables are described in the method section of the thesis and the samples used are described in Table B.1.
